A friend was down from Sydney so we hit the turps (again i didnt work at the club,seems boss-man is trying to cut some costs.shit he pays me $150 and if he gets busted by the liquor cops for being under staffed security wise,he's gonna have fork out a helluva lot more than $150.its his ass,not mine...so yeah blah!!)....anyways,we went and watched Vicious Circle play their 20th year gig.kinda funny seeing a bunch of barmy punks who were in nappies when they started...20 years ago that is,not at the start of the gig haha!!
dunno whats worse...a bunch of old punks doing the same thing that they've been doing for 20 years or a bunch of new punks doing the same thing that was done 20 years ago...lol,i dont mind really.its all good.chucked up a couple of SG stickers there.
left there and rode around to the club where i sometimes work.Had a few free beers and a chat,nearly went to stop some people from coming in... "oh right not working tonight!!"....theres another club around the corner.Another friend from Sydney was DJing there,so i went to see if i could get in...and HOLY FUCK!! that girl who i mentioned a month or so back,y'know the extraordinarily beautiful girl..well shes working on the door there!! all this time shes been just around the corner...i mumbled something or other.She is gorgeous and seems a very nice person....i decided not to go in,Simon is a good bloke but i aint paying $10 to see him and i was pretty much drunky pants by then.
Time to go home.
so here we are and its a new day,i dont feel so bad considering the consumption.
Later this afternoon i'm jumping on a train and heading to Castlemaine where the Single Speed World Championships are being held,and no i won't be competing.a bunch a friends from Sydney are going so i'm stoked to be seeing them and it should be all round a whole bunch of laughs, and more beer drinking no doubt.I'm excited,good to get out of the city too.
