It seems like every couple of months I ask for suggestions for new music to check out. Now is going to be one of those times. I haven't bought any cds in a while and I'm starting to get the itch for new music. So give me suggestions for good bands to check out.

Oooh, in case you missed my post about them, you should really go pick up the Murder By Death CD "Who Will Survive, And What Will Be Left of Them. It's this awesome concept album about the devil getting shot in a small town in mexico and then wreaking his revenge upon them. The music is AWESOME! It's currently my favorite CD. They're on a pretty small label but I know you can order the disc from interpunk.
Also I'm digging the Kanye West cd "the College Dropout" you know for your hip hop listening pleasure.

So Thursday night I got to check out the SG Burlesque show here in Chicago. It was pretty awesome. The girls were beautiful and the show was amazing. I even got to meet vixennyx. I hung out with her and a few of her friends after the show. I had a great time.

I know what you mean. I have 2 cats that just sleep and have sex and eat and sleep. I took in a stray kitten about a year ago and she's nuts. Her growth was stunted from being outside in the cold so long and this means she will always have all of her little kitty energy. Drives me nuts. Good Luck with the puppy and

vw's are cool... lately i've been into the more reliable japanese cars, though... i wish my laser didn't blow up... i'm addicted to the rush that only a turbo can provide. too bad dsm's are so unreliable... or i would have bought another one when that one blew up! (or even just built a new engine!) but in the 6 months i owned the car, i only drove it for a week with the check engine light off... and then it blew an oil cooler line and blew up! what a mess!
if you do get another dsm, though... awd is the way to go... i rode in one... and it was awesome.
