Thanks for the apology. The reason you haven't heard back is because the group has made some decisions that require a hugh amount of time on my part to make happen. Once those are done we will be operating on a vouch system and I will list your name among all the other applications so we can do a monthly approval list.

I don't know of any great companies. I had a couple of Marines get into some financial issues while we were overseas and MilitaryOneSource did a huge job helping them get it straightened out...even contacted the creditors for them while we were still deployed and maintained good email contact with them to let them know the progress. They might not be a bad place to start.

wish you the best of luck. I went through that mess with my defaulted student loans almost six years ago and it was a pain.
