Not sure I make any difference here or if I ever did.
I go in for surgery...again soon and im having a hard time with my whole situation and im not doing great in keeping up with my friendship relationships because of the fact I feel so overwhelmed by my own dire health situation.. I feel like a total fuck up. eh not sure why it matters just thought Id update.

True friends understand stuff like that, you have been sick, if they are real friends they will be there for you, take care, I hope the surgery goes well.
