You know you are living with a five year old when....
...you know the schedule for Nick Jr inside and out.
...a fun day is going to feed the ducks at the park, going to the playground and rolling by the pet store, "just to look."
...you tell time by when Spongebob Squarepants is on.
...you begin to realize that kids really do pick up as many women as you do.
...me time, what's that?
So, I was just reflecting on what is has been like to have my five year old nephew around. In so many ways, it is great because he is still growing up and watching that has been fascinating and challenging and told me quite a bit about myself. On the other hand, he can still be quite the little monster sometimes. I love him to death but remember when you used to argue with your parents? Well, headstrong is too nice for this kid.
I just recently spent the weekend in the hospital with him and my sister. Poor guy had to have his appendix taken out. He is OK as an appendectomy is pretty minor surgery but my sister was freaked out about it. All better now, thankfully. He is not here now and I have some time to update.
I like all the new sets going up. I missed Noelle and am glad not in captivity anymore.
Many more things going on but I am lazy and will write about them later.
If you could just board a plane right now, where would you go?
I would go to Southeast Asia and visit Vietnam, Thailand, India, Sri Lanka and Bali.

I would most definitely head to Cuba for cigars, rum, music, and Cubanas. Definitely Cubanas...
