Went to the doctor today, i'm having surgery next week, i'm nervous...and the stupidest thing that i'm MOST nervous about... I can't wear any jewelry, so i have to take out my nipple ring...i have NEVER taken it out...and it's been like 10 years now...i'm finding it traumatic just THINKING About it. *pout*

I don't relaly even know how to take it out..hahah i'm sure i can figure it out.

anyone have any clue how quickly nipple piercings grow back without a ring?
