well, i'm taking a "mental health day" i dunno what's wrong with me lately..but, i like dont' wanna do ANYTHING...nevermind the fact that my house is in shambles...i don't even wanna do anything i'd normally consider fun, i'd be content to sit at home and do nothing...that's not normal for me.

I woke up this morning (late of course) got in the shower, got dressed, got in the car, dropped my husband off at work, headed toward work..and just broke into tears.....i think i'm losing it. Anyway, i called my supervisor, and just asked if i could take a mental health day, he could tell i was teary i'm sure, and probably noticed how quiet i've been the last few weeks...he rocks, was super understanding and told me to do something today that would make me happy. It's so nice to work with nice people.

so what have i done today? went to Wal-Mart and grocery shopped for like an hour. ate cheese and rice pudding, then stared at the tv for about 30 minutes...

i suck

i need a spa day....hrmmmm....maybe i'll call and schedule a massage
