fucking a, can nothing ever work out as planned? just when i think i have a place to live, *bang* its gone. This is like the 8th time karma has taken a shit on me this week.

its pretty fucked up but the best way to secure a place you really want to live at is to offer more money. like an extra $20 or $50 a month will normally make a landlord smile, which isn't something very easy to do.
