It's time to say goodbye to my Weavervegas home - Owner/roommate is moving in his GF (+1 daughter), so I will have to move sometime in the next 3 months. I'm looking for a room for rent situation in the Asheville area (something less than $400 a month totoal - wanna keep costs down as much as possible), if anyone has anything available, or knows of anyone who may have a room, let me know. My income is steady (40 hr. wk salary job), I have no pets, I don't have much stuff (I have a friend that will provide storage), I don't smoke, and the dude I'm renting from can provide a fine reference.
