So I decide to paint miniatures today (in lieu of doing homework, obviously). However, my black paint is all dried out, so I figure I'll go buy more. Walk up to the roleplaying game store, and they're CLOSED! I think to myself, "Whoa, I know it snowed a lot, but enough to actually close the gaming store? Wacky!" So I'm on my way home, walkity walkity, when it hits me...its 5:35. On a Sunday. The store closes at 5.
Then I was walking back home, when a gaping maw, spewing fire, opened in the ground...swiftly and inexorably an abhorrent mass of squamous evil flowed forth from the Stygian abyss, protoplasmic tentacles reaching forth for hapless prey. I deftly drew my blessed blade of +32 Holy, and smote it between the beast's malevolent eyes. A burning flow of pestilent ichor spewed forth, and the beast lie bleeding. The thirst of my blade slaked on the blood of the abomination I reflected that, truly, the taste of heavy metal is the taste of blood.
Then I went home and ate some dinosaur chicken nuggets.
