Well, Well, Well.... Howdy folks... Been a while I know. Sorry about that... Now that I have gone from a bum with no job who's waiting to get school started, to a bum with a lousy job in the throws of academic bliss, I have become quite busy. Things are moving well though.
Yep... I work at a juice bar. Not too bad though actually, considering it is basically directly across the street from school. Folks there seem pretty nice. Fairly straightforward job. If anyone is looking for a smoothie or a shot of wheatgrass, you know who to talk to. The great thing on top of it too, is that I do not have to work on the weekends. Now I get more time for school work! YES!
And speaking of school, it is going fairly well thus far. I have had the pleasure of meeting some very nice folks who are also making their run at ad design. Workload seems to be fairly heavy... Which is good. Keeps me busy and out of trouble for the most part. Assignments are already piling up. And after all of these years, I am finally starting to learn how to draw. Bit of a change of gears, but going well.
Yesterday evening, my Dad gave me a ring, and said that we are going to go to see James Brown in November at Massey Hall. Heh Heh.... That cat is crazy. Should be a great show. Looking forward to seeing the band he's got.
Erin is a-o.k. Just working and hanging out. Been pretty busy lately she has. Things seem to be moving well for her at work. Hopefully, she'll be able to move up in the ranks shortly. Also, she's be great with all the changes due to school and whatnot. Very supportive. It takes a bit to get used to and all, but for the most part, all seems to be running smooth. I so dig her. She's a cool cat.
For all those fellow Canucks.... Happy Thankgiving... Little late yes... Hope it was good just the same though. Went to visit the folks. Ate far too much. Was good.
Anyhow... Must get some work done. Hope all's well with everyone. See you at the beach! Cheers.
