Right.......first blog of the new year.....happy new year to all and sundry....

it has to be about food....my 3rd favourite past time...the mind boggles....haha!!

OK......the first bit was marinading chicken drumsticks after slicing through to the bone in a few places, used sergical gloves to do the massaging and it wasn't remotely erotic.......
home made marinade of course....none of that bought rubbish

Home grown spuds in an Indian spice marinade(homemade) again!!
the smell was awesome....

Two beers had been consumed at this point.......
But I don't condone drinking and handling sharp tools....unless your playing darts

next was the coriander and tomato salad.....all home grown...at this point I would like to thank the Aphid family for not dessimating my fruit and vegies this year.......

next....another beer....

then light the fire......all timber no cheating with bbq fuel

thirsty work that pyromania.....so another beer consumed....as a precaution to guard against spontaneous combustion

put the spuds on....



more beer

et voila!
dinner is ready......



dessert was iced beer and homegrown strawberries

eat, drink and be merry!!
