In my area, we have Trader Joe's and Fresh Market, but the closest Whole Foods is 4 hours away. I also have regular supermarkets, farmers markets, and grocery stores in the area, too.

Well you're off to a good start, you could also join the Vegan Group or even the Veggie Group. Once you get past all the self righteous bullshit there are a lot of helpful recipes
