I'm thinking about going Vegan for November, just to try it out.

Any info you've got, or recipes, or anything of the like, I'm all for it. =]

In my area, we have Trader Joe's and Fresh Market, but the closest Whole Foods is 4 hours away. I also have regular supermarkets, farmers markets, and grocery stores in the area, too.

Ugh. Rough night.
