This was my mangrove snake, Bitter..... a skin infection eventually got the best of her. I miss her, but now she fertilizes some white roses in my yard.
I bought a huge wickedly curved katana, and named it after her.... a dried rose, from her rose bush is tucked into the sheath, and the shed from her face in a small frame lies at the base of the sword's stand.....

I use a torch a lot when I do metalsmithing. I tend to solder a lot so its necessary. I worked in finer metals making small sculptural pieces, jewelry, and usable objects.
