Wow... man, I'm so sick right now....
I haven't been this sick in years.... it makes me embarassed of all the other times that I complained of being sick when I wasn't at all sick when contrasted with my current flu.....
I want and want and want to paint.... I've been such a slacker.... I've got like twenty canvases stretched and gessoed but not a drop of paint on them....
Every time I come up with an idea, I strech a canvas to paint it on, but the blank canvases have pailed so high, that I cant ever remamber what I had intended to paint on them in the first place....
I can feel it welling up within me though... a flood of creativity waiting to be unleashed... It'll happen anyday now...
It'll take over my life, I'll be a stranger to my friends, I'll loose weight and loose sleep, and when I'm done... I'll have more paintings than wallspace...
Or so I'm hoping.... it's happened before.... but I'm done pretending that I have any grip on what the future holds for me....

My pythons are actually Diamond pythons but they are related to carpets and look very similar. the only difference is the colouring and part of Australia that they are found. They are usually black with white and yellow diamonds and are found in a small area in SE Australia.
