I feel good because I led my boss into a trap and tactfully made her think she was out of it. I felt her back off from that point on so I could just go on with my day. She told me later that I made her feel nervous.

You see, some people will never understand that you can be honest and kind and respectful despite the fact that you have a higher title and an office. She's let herself become a hag by taking too much BS and not believing in herself. That's her shame. I don't give in to such a simple pity though. She just shouldn't get in my way.

She's right though... she should feel nervous.
