well today was just about retarded...we had to shelter in the school from about 8am till 6pm for a hurricane that didnt even hit us...we had sprinkles and moderate winds...but oh well thats life...other than that stuff is going good, im generally happy which is nice....ill update more later when im more motivated i guess

had fun at a bbq tonight...drinking hypnotiq and mountain dew and yager bombs, it was pretty cool....and i managed not to smoke the whole time...im surprised i made it, i might actually manage to quit for good this time...as long as nothing extremely stressfull happens in the next month or two i should be set....but first week down, wish me luck

well the one downfall about me being so excited to get back in the gym is i think i tore my tricep....i now have an awsome bruise that goes from my elbow to almost my armpit...at least it doesnt hurt but i guess ill keep an eye on it and if it gets worse go to the hospital or something....guess ill have to take it...
