Hello there, everyone. It's been a while, hasn't it? Suddenly, you turn around and the trees are nothing but bones and you think, "Where did all the time go?"
A lot has been going on in the land of Iggy. There was the SG burlesque show, which was amazing. Those ladies are pretty kick ass!
Last weekend we did a transport of puppies and dogs up north. God, I swear it takes me a week to recover from skipping sleep for a night. You see, we drive up over night. There's less traffic that way and the dogs tend to sleep more, which means far less pooping and barking. But alas, I had to say goodbye to my little Buddy. We have some more fosters, but it's not the same without him around. I miss the way he used to burrow underneath the blankets and snuggle up next to me.
Life has been an up and down blur for me lately. This time of year is particularly hard me, what with the holidays and all. It just reminds me of how much my bipolar has alienated me from some family members and certain friends. It stinks.
My self imposed Facebook prohibition is going well, though I must admit I popped on once or twice to check messages and such. Since staying off FB my mood has greatly improved, despite still feeling depressed.
There's some good developments happening, but I'm not ready to divulge them to you all yet. All in due time!!
