It's mini skirt weather here today.
I wanted to get a better shot of my legs in my favorite thigh high socks, but I have long legs which makes it difficult to take a good shot of them myself. I know, I know...first world tall girl problems.
When the weather begins to change, as the days get longer and the air becomes more agreeable to bare skin, I begin to acquire a certain sense of hyper activity. I become almost frenetic and borderline rabid as I feel my cells quicken their pace. That is happening today in spades. In an effort to calm myself, I have next to me a nice chamomile tea in my Star Wars mug.
I'm hyper enough. I don't need any help in that department. In fact, my already hyper demeanor is why I usually avoid coffee and only have caffeinated tea in the morning. It's also the reason for my rampant insomnia.
I spent copious amounts of time outside today. We're getting a good sneak peak of the comfortable temperatures to come and I want to bask in them before they stabilize and go back to a more normal state.

I want to thank everyone who commented on my recent blog, 'Why I Became an SG'. I wrestled with the idea of writing it, but I am glad I did. The outpouring of support I have received (especially since it was featured on the front page for a bit of time) is remarkable indeed. It's also humbling, but in a good way.
You know, I look back on my older blog entries and recall memories that I had previously shelved away in the attic of my mind and realize just how much I have changed, yet stayed the same. I'm still me, just better, and that is a really amazing thing.
I made that some time ago and some times more than others it really resonates with me.
