My back hurts. Someone come rub my back as dkmfc is away till next Wednesday. I can't pay you in sexual favors but I am a good cook.

I have been sewing much of the evening. I picked up an easy pattern and some sale fabric at the store today. It's a cute little retro looking halter dress. When it's done I will take pictures. I have to re-work it because I tried it on before and it was a little too big. D'oh. I haven't been able to write so to take my mind off of it I have been sewing more. I still get upset with myself for not being able to write though.

I'm really frustrated by a lot of things these days. I am looking forward to my trip up north. The very prospect of it is kind of keeping me sane right now. I am going to relish the chill in the air when I am in NJ. It's still in the seventies and eighties here and on top of that it's been nasty and humid. It's been raining off and on, which has been pleasant to listen to and watch, and I adore the gray skies that accompany the sudden downpours. Now if only it was crisp and cool. If only I could turn off my AC and sleep with the window open.

I made the best batch of biscuits I have ever made tonight. They were so good that I ate all six biscuits. Now I feel like a big fat fatty. Looks like Iggy will be doing some extra crunches and push ups tomorrow.
