I think that I am finally getting my metabolism back where it is supposed to be, I can run all day on six hours of sleep, and while I am working harder than I have in a long, long time, I am eating about a third less than a few weeks ago. If I can keep this up without burning out or hurting myself my weight should drop by about 60 to 80 pounds. Last time I dropped over 100 pounds but I injured myself so bad that I ended up gaining 80 or so of it back.
