I'm not gonna bitch about not getting any valentine's, I didn't giva any and I am not looking for any. Whining aside, I found out I got the posting I wanted at work. Since it is a union job, all postings go in order of seniority. what this means is that after three and a half years enough people above me on the roster have quit, retired, gotten fired, tranfered, or died that I can actually have friday's and saturdays off. About another twenty years and I MAY be able to hold saturday and sunday off. Most importantly this means that I can maybe have a social life again if I want to brave the bars, or I might possibly be able to finally take the company up on it's tuition reimbursment program. they pay for 85% of your schooling for any first degree. Not even my parents could do that for me. Further updates as events warrant.
