Ok I've been lurking around the site for about a week now and I suppose it's time I said hi. A little more about me, I'm thirty years old, kinda fat and hairy, and I have to wear coke bottle glasses. I just got my first computer two weeks ago so every waking moment I am trying to figure out how this stupid thing works. I am a mechanic for the railroad and I love my job. I make like fifty grand a year taking coffee breaks and naps. When I do have to work I get to use the BIG tools.
I have an old truck that I am trying to get on the road but since I only paid 200 bucks for it I've got a long way to go yet. As long as it is ready for the rockabilly rod reunion in vegas next year I'll be ok. I wanted to go this year but all I have running is my jeep and there's no way I'm going to an old car run in that.
I just got a huge check from work for backpay and I've already run through half of it so I guess I just have no sense about money at all.
The girl I was seeing just blew me off so I am definetly looking for someone to hang out with. I'm not really all that pissed about it 'cause at least I didn't blow a bunch of my bonus trying to get with her. I hope she has fun with her ex old man since I wasn't cool enough for her. Anyway enough bitching about that.
If you've read this much of my journal maybe you could put up with talking with me. I will not turn down any friend requests and maybe I can go to the SG burlesque show here in Denver on tuesday, I'll have to play hookie from work though. If the show is worth a beating from my boss maybe I'll tell him I've got the shits or something.
