It's bittersweet…but mostly sweet. I did miss my friends, my stomping ground, smoking cigarettes, the weather changing, my own bed. I was relegated to sharing an air mattress with my mother for two weeks. On the "con" side: I miss my niece and brother and grandmother.
I'm also glad to be back writing on here hopefully daily. Another 3 months and 3 weeks until my set premieres! I'm very excited but quite nervous as well. I truly hope it does well. I feel like I'm struggling to attract people to my page.
This past weekend was my LARP weekend and it was incredible, per usual. I was completely unprepared for the weather though and walked miles and miles around in wet, frozen, cheap boots for 2 days. I also didn't bring alternate clothing. I'm broke so I didn't have the money to invest in good boots/thermals. November will be much better and I *might* be able to premiere my PC! There is much in the works for that.
I go back to work tomorrow after some seriously needed rest yesterday and today. I'm playing Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and just finished Breaking Bad. What a god damn good series. Now I'll cuddle up and play Zelda with Bob's Burgers playing in the background. Enjoy a couple candid shots!
