i never update. i'm really lame. been in a yucky mood lately. kinda depressed, but mostly just grouchy and generally very very bored with everything.
now i've got a headache and i swallowed a piece of gum that made me nauseous. I'm gonna go crawl back in bed and read more Harry Potter.

I got my new phone on Friday!!! it's awesome. Hubby and i decided to cancel our land line and his old cell phone service and we got a new cell phone family plan and now we each have our own phones. i've never had my own phone before, so i'm just really really happy.

Haha thanks! All these prissy rich chicks where I live have napkin dogs that poop Oh Henry bar sized poops. I guess they're too good to pick it up because it's everywhere.

Yeah I just made it up. The chicks here fold them up like napkins and stick them in their purses and coddle them under their arms. It's sickning. They need children not dogs. So gross.

again with the book thing. i just finished reading Terry Goodkind's Chainfire yesterday and now have nothing to read yet again. Finishing this book was more frustrating than normal because the story doesn't end. This book was the first in a trillogy that is supposed to end the already very long Sword of Truth series. Your username caught my eye over in Girl Group. I thought to myself, "I wonder if she's a Gibson fan?" I pop in here, and sure enough, Neuromancer is first in your fav books.

My mother went to high school with "Bill," as she still calls him. He was in town a while back, doing a reading/signing for Pattern Recognition, and mother and I went. She brought her high school year book and showed him where he'd signed it all those years ago. He was poleaxed. Don't know if you've ever seen him in person, but he's a bit of a tall gawky sort, with unruly hair. It was funny to see him shocked like that. They didn't have much time to talk (long line behind us and all) but he signed books for me, her, and two other people they went to high school with, THEN he signed her yearbook again, drew a little sketch, and dated it.

Anyway. Just thought you might find it an interesting story... blush


A NetFlix for books would just be amazingly great!

so i did E for the first time Tuesday night. it was a lot of fun and i've been a much happier person since then. the gum chewing got a little out of hand and my jaw still hurts, but it's getting better.
