so my birthday was a great day as all birthdays should be. mom took me to McDonalds for lunch and then i went shopping and found this really really awesome dark stretch denim halter catsuit that makes me look like a 70's pornstar. so trashy and wonderful. and then i came home and danced around in my new outfit and made cupcakes and my sister brought me some adorable new socks. then we went out to a really really amazing steak dinner with my inlaws. came home and changed again, and went to see Kill Bill 2 which was super awesome incredible. Uma Thurman is the most kickass woman ever and i heart Quentin Tarantino with all my heart. and then i went to coffee with my best friend and then came home exhausted and happy. i love birthdays.
so now i get ready for a friday night at work. ugh. but it's not so bad since i don't have to work tomorrow. tomorrow will be it's own interesting stressful day. my husband's best friend is getting married and he's the best man and i'm the maid of honor and the whole thing is so unorganized. i didn't even get a map to the chapel until like 20 minutes ago. so now i finally know where i need to be tomorrow but still no idea what the plan is for the day. there wasn't any sort of rehearsal or anything. it's a small wedding. i guess i'll just show up and look pretty and be supportive for Megan and we'll see what happens.
