well, back to work today after a couple really great days off. there's gonna be a lot of tension about the new manager promotion and i really don't want to have to deal with it. this is the part where being friends with my employees is hard because i also have to be their boss. but i suppose it's for the best. the right person got promoted.

Ah, cool! Congratulations. It will be a piece of cake. Just treat them the way you would want to be treated as an employee but don't take any shit! O.K. That sounds hard, but you can do it!
