A week ago I noticed that the leaves were coming out on the trees in front of my sunroom, and so the view across the street would be blocked until winter.

It was like 1 pm on a Tuesday, but I waved goodbye to the building across the street anyway.

Also, today I taught the last session of a class, and gave out burned copies of good indie rock to the kids. I told them "the most important thing for you to do in the next year before you start college is to develop a taste for good music." I think some of them got the joke.
