OH MY GOD I FUCKING HATE LANDLORDS!!!!!!!!
Oh my god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some twat from the Agency just showed up at my front door at half past nine at bloody night to tell me that I haven't paid my rent for this month and that they are going to charge me 75 for late payment and that if I didnt pay up they would evict me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So there I am, zonked from work, standing there in my very professional looking purple fleecey pyjamas with little penguins on skateboards patterned all over them, trying not to look like a complete twat (fail!!) in complete bemusement at the barage of shite that bestowed me. Once the initial oh-my-god-what-the-fuck-are-you-all-about-you-retarded-cumslut phase left me, I suddenly remember that I've got a first class fucking honours degree in Scots Law, a Diploma in Legal Practice, and a years training under my belt......oh yeah, and I do property law!!!!!!!!!! So I, as professionally as is possible in said purple penguin pyjamas, somehow managed to explain that 1) I have paid my rent this month 2) if the bank details have changed because of a company takeover you need to give tenants more than 3 days fucking notice to arrange a new standing order 3) ergo I shall NOT be paying any 75 administration fee and 4) good luck trying to evict me on those grounds because you CAN'T and I advise you to speak to your lawyers about that because they will tell you the same thing!!!!!!!!

It ended thus: 1) she left apologising massively and will now go back and explain to the company that this is not my fault; 2) me returning to my laptop to vent my rage on SG and smoke; and 3) me deciding I have had enough of their unadulterated pish so will be a) complaining about them to the landlord acredditation society and b) MOVING!!!!!!!!!
