First day of school for my kiddos and I felt like crying. My baby is now in grade 2 and was so happy to be going back today. She was even more estatic when she found out she was in class with 4 of her closest friends, all I could see was mini "mean girls" I mean they are only 7 years old, but with these girls they are like 7 going on 17. The started jumping up and down and talking about their clothes and hair. It was really kind of sad, I talked to her about it after school and she said "don't worry mommy, I'll always be your little girl, until the baby comes that is". ARGH!
We also got the call from her coach today, starting next week she is doing 6 - 8 hours of gymnastics a week.
Her brothers are so excited to as they start their ti-quo-do in 3 weeks. My 9 year old doing 3 hours a week and my 11 year old doing 4 hours a week. I hope they can handle it all plus school and soccer. I hate to have to be a meanie nd tell them they have to choose to drop something.
Oh and i got my due date, April 22, 2006.
I am getting kind of excited. Just wish the father as a little more involved. He has stepped totally out of the picture.
My kids are already talking about names. I think that is a little soon, but they keep asking why I named them their names and so on. Any ideas?
