hey im on the same boat as you. just broke up with my boyfriend of 3 1/2 years and i was a complete mess the first month. we've been broken up for about 3 months and i just stopped dwelling on it. its hard of course i cried almost every night but i knew that it was doing me no good. i know its probably things you've heard already but it really is all just about time. i honestly thought i wouldnt get over him and was just thinking about when i'd ever be able to get back with him. but i got over him a lot sooner than i even expected. thanks in part to comments and advice from lovely people here and friends. i hope you feel better soon and don't worry, things will get better.
