Big exam tomorrow, 4 hours and 100% of my Contracts grade. statute of frauds, concealment, misrepresentation, consideration, illusory and implied promises, past performance, promisory estoppel, quasi-contract, mailbox rule, revocation, precontractual laibiltiy, specifc performance, expectation damages, reliance damages, foreseeability, certianty, stipulated damages, infancy, mental incapacity, duress, unconscionability, standard forms, public policy, battle of the forms, parol evidence rule, performance, breach, condition, promissory condition, substantial performance, materiality, unilateral and bilateral mistake, impossibility, impracticability, and frustration of purpose.
These are terms on my issue-spotter. Good think I'm going to law school, I'm learning to memorize 50 words and repeat them on a test. I don't understand how they can just teach us this stuff and then expect us to make lots of money for evil corporations and defend the status quo. We need more skills!

Ofcourse, that's sarcasm, except for the memorization of words part.
