Ugh. I feel like shit. My eyes are burning, my nose is running I have hay fever. But on hte upside I have a new job at a construction company now! WOO! I start at 12/hr Pretty excited. And now for sleep.

First day off in a couple of weeks. I'm going to go ride for a couple of hours then go drink at The Keg. Were holding a special party for Keggerts to raise money for the 24 Hour Relay For The Kids. It'll be my 11th year this year. Cheap drinks, and remember its for the kids! WOO!

Yeah, okay... what I do is I put about 2 heaping teaspoons in about one cup of lukewarm water. I didn't say it wasn't going to be gross....! puke

Gargle with your head waaayyyy back. And don't swallow- it's a laxative. It may burn, but then you'll notice after about 5 minutes that it kinda numbs your throat and it doesn't hurt as much as it did. And if you do it every hour, the salt is killing the strep bacteria, and it works in an antibacterial kinda way- much like antibiotics.

Good luck! Your doctor should have told you about that... it's a MUST. You have gone to a doctor, right?
