Paranoia
Ok i'm paranoid....i already known it and i start to be able to limit it almost every time paranoia grow up on me
But i'm really tired of it!
This night i slept only 3 hours because i wake up at 4.00 a.m worring on really stupid things, and i was not able to sleep any more...damn me!
