I'm done!! Graduated from culinary school!
Not that I'm going to use that education in any professional forum. I already have a great job. I get benefits, the hours I want, chances for advancement, great pay, paid vacation, and I work with awesome people! Why would I want to trade that in for: no benefits, shitty hours, shitty pay, no vacation, and... well, the people aren't bad, they're just stressed out.
But now I know how to cook, and I can add this to my life. I already made a rissotto that was SO GOOD. Now I need a mixer so I can make cake at home... and lots of it!
