Hello all it's been a while since I last updated so yeah I'm still alive so on with the show...
Weight loss update I was at 280 and as of last night I'm at 230 I even went down a pant size so super glad for that. My goal is to lose that 30 I haven't been on my regiment in almost 2 months but watched what I eat so I haven't gained any weight so that's not bad.I am thinkIng about getting a kettle bell set for a more everyday strength and fitness workout then just the old dumbbell workout.
Tomorrow evening I will be off to Austin for RTX 2012 I'm so excited I will actually get my hands on Halo 4 multiplayer and play against some of the Rooster Teeth staff it's going to be Epic
and I will see my friends that I haven't seen in almost a year.
