Some interesting news, I'm going to be an Uncle again 
! found out yesterday, was a bit of surprise. They decided to have one 2 years after the first so that way theres not much age difference and they are both still young and can grow up together which is fair enough, Kyla is a laugh at times (my neice) Sister and her were around here seeing dad for fathers day yesterday and she was running around chaseing the cats, all she wanted to do was pat them though

My food of choice for the last couple of days seems to be mandarins haha i've been eatting them nearlly constantly, not that it's a bad thing.
I'm at a loss as to what to write now, I should really get some pictures of me to put up here i might see about that later on today, I think the Gir one is good for the moment though

It's just weird because I've never been in a position where someone has said, ok you're in charge you can fire people if you have to.
I just don't want to be a major hardass, because I definitely could be, but I feel like it's not always the best route.
