Yesterday and 2day at work have been a little insane , yesterday especially.... I got to work in the morning signed in and quickly ran my time sheet down to the check in desk so I could get payed, then I went and helped one of the IWG people (IWG = Inwards goods) find some missing stock... So once I had finished doing that I went and asked the main inwards goods person if there was anything else that needed doing and yip sure enough there was, The lovely job was DUM DE DUM RUGS!!!!... It wasnt a bad job and all I had to do was scan them then enter and thankfully all the barcodes worked and a few times I would just enter the sku number (the sku number is basically like a barcode you type it in and the compter comes up with what the product is) there were some large rugs and mats but they werent heavy, not that I mind heavy lifting or physical stuff.. So I was going good with all that and working through them at a reasonable pace since i had to open and break down quite a few bundles to get to barcodes and SKU numbers, and also break down the pallets of them. So the first break went by without a hitch and I got back from it and continued with them and it was either after the first or second break sometime i knocked the tray the keyboard was on and something made the comp go onto hold screen which stops you from doing anything which was really weird, got that sorted though and continued working... Then everything was going great till sometime during the afternoon before 3rd break some idiot up in the computer room hit one of the cables and pulled it out a bit, so the conection to the system for the PDA's and Portable Computer which I was using canceled, Then renea came over and asked me if I was conected which I wasnt, because she was useing one of the PDA's and they are a portable thing aswell, so she went and got one of the computer people and asked what was wrong so he went to check the computer room and found out about the guy who had hit the cable, But what was really anoying was the fact that since the conection was canceled I lost all 110 lines of stock that I had entered... so I was a little , It wasnt that bad though since i had been ticking off everything i had done as I was doing it so all I had to do was finish off what I hadnt done enter that stuff and then just enter everything else which I did this morning.. So yeah renea stayed and helped me finish off the rest yesterday afternoon and then this morning since there was just some huge long rolls and another bag full of small rugs, then I went off and entered all the stock that got lost yesterday and then! found out there was some more rugs down in the big red shed which I ended up having to go get bring back up and then mark them down , Oh and I also had another problem with a computer today when the program the store uses froze on me as I was entering more rugs into the system lol, But I got it all done and entered and only 3 were missing so it wasnt to bad.

Now I am just sitting here and relaxing, Just finished eatting dinner aswell.. Had chinese which was yummy and drinking a bottle of royal crown draft cola which is also yummy so it is becomeing an evening of yummyness .

Anyways though I think I shall finish this here, But just before I go there is one extremely good thing about today.... It's PAY DAY!!!! *dances the money jigg*, OH also one of my cats had kittens , she had them under the house though lol so I dont know what colour they are or how many yet , But I shall keep all informed.
