My head is just now starting to hurt. An abrupt end to an otherwise fun night.

Tonight was good. Jess and I went to the Riverside Tavern to have a drink and a chat before we went to see Hallways of the Always, a one-man play written by and starring my friend Glen, about Charlie Manson. It was a good play. Although his accent...

So anyone from a blue or maroon state, and perhaps many other Australians, know that tonight was a sporting event of great interest. It seems as though our apartment has become the place to be for such nights, what with our 50" Full HD plasma television and ample couch space. It's cool. It's fine. I want to watch the game. I'm just not big fan...

Congrats on the JB thing. Hope the interview went well. Everytime I shop up the junction I think it'd be a nice place to work.

As for Soundwave; do it. Jim Ward! Fall of Troy! It'll be wicked good.

I just posted this on myspace, and some of the references about the target audience are myspace specific, but I decided I wanted to put it up here too.

So basically I'm in a bit of a situation that I can't get a positive outcome for myself from. And I'm usually reluctant to blog this on myspace and not just on SG since, well,...

Your lyrics are great in a direct, speaking-your-feelings-clearly way. I am always for the obtuse play on words and images, but sometimes I think it's because I can't be strong enough to clearly enunciate my feelings the way I would say them.

Very proud of you, sir.

My dad sent me a message saying that my uncle had just passed away. He had cancer and he died today. I didn't know what to say so I said "Oh no.."

He wrote back asking if I'd let my mum know. She called me back and said that his lawyer had sent a letter stating that he was taking the house or something, which...

Fuck band members.
Fuck other bands.
Fuck "friends".

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

Explanation?
We had to change our uni battle of the bands week because someone was out of town with his other band. Had to change it twice for him. Then not only do we even get a chance to fit in the re-shuffled line-ups, but we get the BEST slot since a band...

As a quick note, have you spoken to Carla at all in the last however long? She left me a very sweet, rambling message whilst fucked up at 5am at Splendour in the Grass but I've heard nothing otherwise.

One of them is in support of the Small Mercies. At the insistence of Sony BMG.

Has anyone ever had something wrong with them, but were too scared to have it checked out because it would confirm that what you hoped was nothing.. was actually something terrible?

one of my best mates died of cancer last december. after he was diagnosed i found out he had been putting off getting his "cough" checked for almost 15 months. The Oncologist gave him 8 months with treatment, and said he should have recovered had he found it 1 year earlier. He was 26, fit, drug free and died 3 months after being diagnosed.

whatever it is dude, get it checked!

Pining. Surprise? No. Need to stop this because it can only end badly.

I wish I was tired instead of hoping my phone will ring. It wont ring.

I think I might throw up.
