Just finished showing my Townhome to some clients, ... they seem interested, taking notes, and they have more homes to look at, ... it was the whole family, no kids, just adults, and their parents, ... they seem to be cool, my only concern is if they buy, I would only have a year left here (renting/lease) and have to find a new home... as they live elsewhere, and are looking to buy before moving to LV, ... I asume it's the Parents that are moving here, and the adults are trying to make the decision...
I really don't want to move, ... I hate moving, I have been here almost 3 years. But then again, I am not happy with the work situation in this town...
Maybe I should consider moving back to SLC, as I do have "seniority" at my Union there, and can get plenty of work... I just don't like the snow/cold... and the "oppressed/religious nature" of the city... and it is too far away from the Ocean/Magic Mountain... but it back to being closer to my family, Mountains, and friends...
My lease is up in October, ... or I can renew for another six months, until April, when work is better in SLC...
