I can't believe that I am saying this, ...
but, we are planning our annual vacation, ... to Oklahoma...
to go see ROCKLAHOMA!!!
ok, ... I grew up in the '80's, like most everyone around me, ... I am an "industrial/new wave/modern" music, kinda guy, ...
but Come on! This is '80's "hair metal", at it's best, at once!, in a 3 day festival!
We bought the "VIP" passes, which gets us seating, and food, ...
and all the beer we can drink!!! WHOO-HOO!!!
granted, ... it's 3.2 %, ... but that's OK, ... we also have VIP campsites, ... behind the amphitheater ("shed"), .... so we won't have far to go, to get a martini, at our campsite!
We tried to get an OK. "local" RV site to get us a trailer, .. they are all booked up, .... which sucks, 'cause they would deliver/set up/and take it away, ...for us, for about $300 less than renting one, from here and taking it with us, from Cruise America. ... in reality, ... I would rather not try and drive to a local hotel, and risk the DUI factor, as I have heard in the forums, ... the State Highway, put up checkpoints... I've already had one, ... that's enough. We are playing it safe, ... We have a trailer!, ... with A/C!!!
we just need to find another generator, because the one on the trailer, will charge us like $3.00/hr, to run it...
anyone got one we can borrow?!
this is going to be fun!, ... we have noticed, most of the trip, is along Route 66 / I - 40, ... so we have figured out a few coasters to stop and ride!, along the way!

My B'day was fun, ... did absolutely nothing!, .. DJ made me a Black Angus Rib Eye steak, and prawns, with an Idaho Spud!
