things have been hektic, as of late...
Last week Sunday, we dropped off our Durango, at a Pep Boys on Sahara, for what we thought to be just change out the brake pads... since they were grinding...
long story short...
A year ago, in February, our "limited warrantee" expired, ... but the p-Boys in SLC, had caused damage to our wheel hub, which P-Boys will not cover, as it is out of warranty, but obviously "done by a mechanic", they still have our vehicle, and I am frustrated, as to the lack of communication, between shop, and myself...
because of the cracked hub, .. we have bought new tires for the front, and an alignment, ... about $350 later...
and now i have a 6 am call, .... less than a mile away, ... but I have to ride the bus, to get there on time, an hour before my call time...
