I'm WAY behind on my story. This weekend and next will help, I hope.
Funny, but the comic book club I joined also meets at Villains Bar & Grill shortly, with the theme "your favorite villain." I like the schemers, so mine are Wilson Fisk, Dr. Doom and Thanos.
They are also bad guys whose hubris tends to undo them, so they're a bit more believable, even though one of them has enough power to take on the entire universe.
Geez, I seem to miss all the drama around here. And no, that's not a complaint.
I like to keep a safe distance from the wreckage.
Ok, enough procrastinating...
So I'm at 17,000+ words now, so I'm discouraged but not giving up.
And all of the nanowrimo participants just got a pep talk from Neil Gaiman.
How cool is that?

I had forgotten about that one. As soon as you mentioned that I remembered the one where they spike the other kid's drink with Tabasco. Good times.....
