it WILL get better...a lot of it depends on training your people to be more resourceful and self sufficient. as far as the email bizz...ask yourself if you have to email the sender back or can you voicemail them..it does tend to save time, i've found.
i try to buy myself something nice every once in awhile to remind myself why i sold my soul- to be more comfortable in the long run, and to move up- can't hang out and be complacent forever!

Went out to two clubs tonight. Stayed out until about one. Avoided eye contact with everyone except the mega-hot bartender lady, who looked like she walked out of suicidegirls, tattoos, lovely smile and all. Left really good tips. Caught the last Purple Line train home.
