I'm convinced both my bosses are mental cases, and it's probably in my best interest to find a new job or transfer out of my department within a year.

Yes, WHY are there so many mental cases around? One came up to me in the grocery store yesterday, screaming that my cart was blocking the aisle (which it wasn't, he was just fat and angry). He ended up following me out of the store.

Here's hoping your bosses aren't that bad, and that you can trade them for better ones soon.
