Chapter XVII: Wherein Hysan learns the ways of the Swiffer
So I felt better today and had a burst of energy, and actually cleaned and rearranged the living room.
The girl was greatly pleased.
However, Cleo, our guest-kitty, was not happy that I had dispatched her comfy red fleece pullover/sleeping spot for a new blanket. She voiced her displeasure, paced about a bit, but eventually gave in and fell asleep with her head resting on her catnip toy.
Although I'm feeling better, I was awakened by my own coughing this morning. I slept without use of medication for about 7 hours, so I'd say I've made progress.
Ah, well, back to bed. I'm still off work until Wednesday.
