So this will be a little different than my usual journals. Over the weekend, a really good friend of mine passed away. She had a sudden heart attack and died two days later in the hospital. We used to work together at Starbucks and she was the kind of woman who knew everyone's' drinks and could just strike up conversation with anyone. She would also pretend to flirt with me in front of pretty customers just to get me to blush and feel embarrassed. She had the greatest sense of humor. and now she's gone. We will miss her.
Its been a tough week all around but I expect great things in May. I will be going down to San Diego for awhile to visit some family and maybe check out some opportunities in the field. I'll be starting a new career as well but first must say goodbye to my old one and the friends I've made.
Things will turn around and I'm oppitmistic but right now its hard not to just shut people out and be my usual tough self and stubborn SOB that I am.




I could use someone's arms around me.
