So the cliff-notes of all this is:
Facebook went into your room over the past few nights, rifled through your personal phone, extracted your private numbers, and added them to its database. For now these numbers are 'just for you'. When that changes and they start providing them to collection companies, police, government officials, ad companies, and so on (along with your calling history when they start tracking that) I am sure they will give you notification of it. Like they have with the last few hundred things I've removed months after they were initiated, and only because my friends are more paranoid then me.
I feel like facebook groped and fingered me, and didn't even offer me candy or money first. Still trying to remove everything from there and my phone..

the look on my face is cause i was straining to arch to see the camera, and the red face, cause i was upside down.
i was not swinging at all
one hand was behind my back, the other i had brought down briefly for a break. there was no weight at all on my arm that was down. all my weight was on the rope on my hips.
the arm i brought down simply covered the pole i was hanging form. a very happy accident eh?
