hypermediocrity

in light of my last entry i thought i'd post something funny.

i totally have ethnic envy.

i love my best friend's arabic music. i go to persian and greek taverns with him and dance my ass off while i break plates. i love indian techno. i love persian and morroccan food and saffron pistachio ice cream. there's a secret on post secret that totally reminds me of myself.

it says "i only converted because i think i look sexy in a headscarf."

james and i had a laugh about that.

i guess i'm just bored with how i look.
that and middle eastern food has so much more flavour.
